Delivery

For orders within the UK the following information applies:

Next Day Delivery

Valid Monday-Thursday on orders placed before 12pm - £3.99

Saturday Delivery - £7.99

Orders placed after 12pm or weekends will be processed on the next working day.

 Standard Delivery UK

Orders over £50 - Free Standard Delivery

Orders are sent to you via Standard Courier - £2.49

You should expect your order in 2-5 days. 

For orders outside the UK the following information applies:

Standard Delivery Europe and North America 

 Orders are sent to you via Standard Courier - £20 

You should expect your order in 5 - 10 working days 

Standard Delivery Australia

 Orders are sent to you via Standard Courier - £30 

You should expect your order in 5 - 10 working days

Returns 

You can return your goods within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

If the Two Sisters Boutique label is removed from the item of clothing or the item of clothing is damaged we will NOT be able to refund you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels attached (not removed).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

All items purchased from the Accessories collection are non refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING ITEMS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased in a SALE or Using a Discount Code will be refunded with a Online Gift Card Voucher. Items can also be exchanged for other goods online 

EXCHANGES

If you require an alternative size to that ordered, please fill out the returns form included with your items with the correct 'Reason Code' and the new size required in the 'Comments' section.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@twosistersboutique.co.uk and return your item to Two Sisters Boutique, Oak Hill Grange, Warren Hills Road, Abbots Oak, LE67 4UY.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
